You’ve always known “you are what you eat”. Now it’s time to fully own your health care by nourishing yourself deeply, with the Ancient Wisdom of Ayurveda!

Using Ayurveda, we will teach you how to assess the body, particularly the digestive tract, track your symptoms and apply remedies that will help you to get back on track and into balance.

Ayurveda is the Science of Medicine from India. It’s one of the oldest forms of healthcare in recorded history, and it’s approach is a body, mind, and spirit medicine.

However, unlike Western Medicine, this science is and always has been rooted in the concept of FOOD AS MEDICINE and DO IT YOURSELF SELF CARE!

When you apply the principles of Ayurveda, your body responds in ways that you never imagined possible. Your body has the potential to come back into balance using the Ayurvedic principles of hot, cold, wet, and dry.

Holistic Whole food Ayurvedic Nutrition is based upon the principles of seasonal, whole foods, proper food preparation, and taking in quality nutrients that can nourish you all the way to your bones. Often these foods can be found just outside your front door.
